To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is necessary to inspect them. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
For plant products, returns are accepted only if the plants arrive damaged or in poor condition. Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Plants must be returned in a condition that allows us to assess the issue.
If you are returning a product due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning a product for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure the product reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping if you choose an untracked service.
